Rick leads sales in the western U.S., driving adoption of uLab’s treatment planning and same-day aligner solutions. He spent over 6 years at Align Technology as Senior Territory Manager and Trainer, where he expanded Invisalign adoption and helped develop their initial GTM strategy. His earlier career includes sales roles at Ormco, OrthoClear, Phonak, Asante Solutions, and HyperSound.

He holds a BS in Criminal Law from Cal State Sacramento and completed a Leadership & Management Certificate at Wharton School of Business in 2024.
