Aaron oversees global manufacturing, logistics, quality systems, and process optimization at uLab. His previous experience includes technical and operational roles at FedEx TechConnect, where he managed device repair operations and performance improvement initiatives.

He attended the University of Memphis and certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Strategy, and Leadership Development.
