Joel manages uLab’s Eastern U.S. sales operations, fostering clinician partnerships for digital orthodontic adoption. He previously held sales and training roles at OrthoClear, OraMetrix, OrthoAccel, 3M, and Phonak, building a record of high performance and clinician support.

He earned a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida.

Fun Facts: I’m an avid pickleball player, lifelong Boston Red Sox fan, and big Florida Gators fan! I’m a proud dad of two daughters; the oldest is currently in orthodontic residency and the youngest daughter is a zookeeper!
