Joy directs clinical client engagement and product alignment for uLab’s orthodontic platforms. Since joining in 2019 as the first Clinical Trainer—advancing to Clinical Training Manager and then Clinical Success Liaison—she co-created uLab University and helped shape the company’s clinical strategy. With over 25 years in orthodontics, Joy brings deep expertise from roles including Treatment Coordinator at Kemp & Rice Orthodontics and building SmileDirectClub’s offshore treatment planning team.

A Gallup Certified Coach, she earned a Registered Dental Assisting Diploma from Nashville State Community College and received uLab’s Circle of Excellence Award in 2021.

Fun Facts: I’m a proud dog mom of two rescue Pitties who think they’re lap dogs and love camping in my Airstream Camper (aka Pearl). I volunteer with an organization dedicated to rescuing victims of human trafficking—a cause close to my heart and a reminder of the power of advocacy and action
