Teresa manages HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee programs for uLab’s global teams. She brings over 25 years of HR leadership from ServiceMaster, MicroPact, and Tyler Technologies, with expertise in workforce planning, compliance, and engagement.

She holds a Business Administration degree from Northwest Mississippi Community College and is certified as PHR and SHRM-CP.

Fun Facts: I’m a proud wife of 36 years, mom of two, and Nann to four wonderful grandchildren. I love entertaining, hosting family parties, canning the harvest from my garden, and watching my husband play live music.
